ABOUT VIRGINIA WILDER HAYES

Virginia Wilder Hayes graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Health Education/Promotion, and obtained her Masters in Public Health from the University of Arizona. She also is a graduate of the Flagstaff Leadership Program. She earned her Comprehensive Coach Certification from Comprehensive Coaching U, and is both a Life Coach and a Business Coach.

Virginia is the Marketing Manager for Quality Connections, a local Non-Profit in Flagstaff. She served for over ten years at AIDS outreach in every capacity ranging from staffing the phones to writing articles, from facilitating trainings and support groups to chairing the Board. She also served as a lay counselor fielding calls for a suicide prevention hotline.

BUSINESS COACHING

Virginia and her husband David have owned and managed their own businesses for years. Along with her Business Coach training, the experience she has gained in business has well equipped her to coach others in starting and managing small and mid-sized businesses.

PERSONAL COACHING

Virginia Wilder hayes has overcome incredible odds, including a life-long disability, divorce, breast cancer, and abuse in her youth. Her clients have drawn on her rich experience and have been both strengthened and challenged by her depth of insight and her joyous spirit. Virginia’s Personal Coach training coupled with her positive optimistic attitude and her capacity to envision possibilities and opportunities have inspired her clients to break through barriers reaching beyond what they imagined was possible.

Virginia and her husband David are celebrating their 33^rd anniversary – a fact they are rightly proud of!
